Don't Sweat It Birthday Card

Here's a fun card using the Art Impressions stamp set Don't Sweat It.  I paperpieced her top and die cut the banners using papers from the Recollections Paddywack 6x6 pack.  I am entering this card in the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge, which this week is Anything Goes!
