Papertrey Ink Create Along With Us Challenge

Since it's release week at Papertrey Ink the challenge is to make a project using inspiration from the design team.  For my card my inspiration came from Betsy Veldman's card in which she used the new products for this month.  I liked the bold sentiment and how the stamped design grounded the sentiment.  Here is Betsy's card.


I changed my card up a bit.  I used the PTI stamp & die set called Spruce & Sprigs.  I had just ordered this and wanted to ink it up.  The sentiment which is one of my favorites is the PTI Wet Paint stamps & dies.  The bird came from the PTI stamp & dies called Winter Woods.

    Very nice card, I too have PTI's Spruce & Sprig and tend to only think of it during the winter months, gotta get out of that mind set!

    Absolutely beautiful card! I would have never thought to put Spring Woods with those lovely images/diecuts from Spruce & Sprigs, but after seeing this beauty, I may just give it a try :-)

    OMG this is gorgeous, really love the colors you used wouldn't know it was a Christmas stamp, and that little bird is just too adorable and cute sitting on top of the sprigs! Love it!!

    Awe, Linda, the bird perched on Spruce and Sprigs looks fabulous and so colorful. Undecided between Winter Woods and Spring Woods so both still in my wish list. You're convincing me I need at least one for sure.
